This is the place I always go to for servicing both of my cars. Very reliable, with knowledgeable staff and great customer service. The waiting room is clean, air-conditioned, and fully equipped with snacks and drinks. The only downside this time was that the TV was not working, so it can get a little boring if the waiting time is long. Other than that, the car service here is tip-top. I’ve been sending my car to SAG for almost 10 years now, and they have always been reliable.

This is my first time coming here because I'm still under warranty, but I didn't expect it to be so close to my dorm and for the workshop to be so high-end. It's rare to find such a place. My first impression is that the environment is comfortable, with air conditioning, a waiting area, and even a glass-walled waiting room where you can see your car being serviced. There's also a snack area with water, instant noodles, nasi lemak, and coffee. The service adviser, Wan, has excellent service; he responds quickly on WhatsApp and doesn't give generic replies. The main reason I came was to check my gearbox because I think there might be an issue. So, I took it to them for inspection. I went for a test ride with their manager, and he was very professional, though his serious attitude made the ride feel a bit intense. It probably has to do with his serious appearance. After half a day, they initially diagnosed that the gear level bush was damaged and needed to be replaced. They worked fast and got it done in about 1 or 2 days. When I picked up the car, it was already washed. I’ll definitely consider coming here for maintenance next time.

Special mention to the executive Mr. Ruzaiman who guided me and provided me updates of my car and told me when to come again for further maintenance.
