WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Position Service Advisor

Preferably a minimum of 1–2 years experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service/customer support (workshop environment preferred).

Job Scope :

  • Attend to customers and provide professional service advice
  • Prepare quotations and job orders
  • Explain vehicle issues and recommended solutions clearly
  • Coordinate with technicians on repair progress
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow-up service

Good communication skills (BM & English; Mandarin is a bonus). Responsible, positive attitude & customer-oriented.

Position Senior Technician

Minimum 5–10 years of solid hands-on experience handling diverse vehicle brands, models, and complex automotive systems/components.

Job Scope :

  • Advanced diagnostics & repair
  • Supervise & guide junior technicians
  • Ensure quality control
  • Technical support & reporting
  • Workshop Efficiency & Safety

Experience with warranty claims & documentation. Must have strong communication skills in multiple languages (BM, English; Mandarin preferred).
